A. INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM

The Business Administration (MBA) program is a joint program between the University of Finance - Marketing and UCSI University, Malaysia (TOP 1 private school in Malaysia, TOP 200 in Asia, TOP 1.5% in the world), designed and updated according to the programs of famous schools in the world and meeting international accreditation standards in business and management training. The program not only covers professional knowledge and skills but also focuses on soft skills, designed in parallel with the constantly changing needs of domestic and foreign markets, industries and professions. Students are provided with management knowledge such as Marketing Management, Financial Management, Management Accounting, as well as mastering basic knowledge of the economic sector, understanding the domestic and international business environment. Students are taught by experienced lecturers, many of whom are PhDs, professors and experts from leading enterprises in the field of Business Administration in general and related majors from both UCSI University, Malaysia and the University of Finance - Marketing.

In particular: The program is taught and trained 100% in English, helping students not only accumulate good specialized knowledge but also ensure the ability to "speak fluently" in English. This is the difference and one of the advantages that students of the school's international joint programs create in the hearts of employers after graduation.

B. TRAINING OBJECTIVES
Training Bachelors of Business Administration to master basic and modern knowledge of management, specializing in business management and entrepreneurship, with the ability to plan, organize and manage activities related to management functions at economic organizations, develop their own careers in a competitive environment and in the context of global integration.

C. PROGRAM INFORMATION
1. Admission requirements: High school graduates (or equivalent), grade 12 average score of 6.0 or higher
2. Selection models: Learning model: Students are free to choose 1 of the following 3 learning models:
✅ 3+0 model: 3 years of study at the University of Finance - Marketing, Vietnam.
✅ 2+1 model: 2 years of study at the University of Finance - Marketing, Vietnam and 1 final year of study at HELP University, Malaysia.
3. Admission fee: 500,000 VND/application
4. Language of instruction: English
5. Program allocation:
✅ Candidates who meet the IELTS 5.5 or equivalent entry standard will be admitted to the main program (major). The total study time for the major modules is 3 years.
✅ For candidates who do not meet the English entry standard, the University of Finance - Marketing will arrange an English entry training program to meet the entry standard before entering the main program.
6. Study method: Full-time study model in Vietnam:
✅ Lecturers sent by HELP to teach 20 hours of review (if the class size is 35 students or more)
✅ Experienced lecturers (foreign and Vietnamese) from UFM to teach 42 hours of theory (for 4-credit subjects).
7. Study time: Full-time study on weekdays from Monday to Saturday
8. TUITION: Paid per semester
✅ Tuition for English training program (only for students who have not met the English entrance standard): 60,000,000 VND/full training course (including 4 levels, each level is equivalent to 15 million VND). Students will be tested and classified by the School according to their respective levels.
✅ Tuition fee for the year of major in Vietnam: 1,600,000 VND/credit. The total program is from 120 -130 credits depending on the major.
✅ Tuition fees abroad: If students choose the 2+1 or 1+2 study abroad transfer model in Malaysia: Estimated tuition fees are about 8,500 USD/year, living expenses are from 300 - 500 USD/month.
9. DIPLOMA
BACHELOR OF BUSINESS (Bachelor of Business) awarded by HELP University (MALAYSIA). This is a regular degree accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and registered with the Malaysian Qualifications Regulatory Authority (MQR), has international value, and is recognized by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

D. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AFTER GRADUATION
Business Administration graduates are able to take on the following job positions:
- Specialists in Business departments, Organization - Administration department, Marketing department, Communication - Advertising department, ... of domestic companies or foreign enterprises;
- Managing business departments or groups in organizations, enterprises, economic groups;
- Owning a business establishment or a start-up enterprise;
- Teaching, researching at centers, colleges, universities or research institutes.
